Preheat oven to 425°; chop potatoes into ½-inch dice + chop broccoli into bite-size pieces

Place 2 large pieces of foil on a sheet pan + oil the foil; pat 2 chicken breasts dry, divide chicken, potatoes + broccoli to the center of each with 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp oil + season with salt/pep; top chicken with 2-3 tbsp sauce

Bring the long edges of foil together + roll to seal, leaving 1-inch of space above ingredients; repeat with side ends of foil, your pack is sealed!

Bake 20-22 min until all is hot + veggies are tender; divide between plates + enjoy!
