Instructions
Cook time: 8 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add half the meat to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 3-4 min; flip meat over, break into small pieces + cook 1-3 min until fully cooked + no pink remains; season with salt/pep + seasoning packet
Slice avocado + divide to 4 pieces of lettuce with bison
