Ensure avocado is ripe; if avocado is firm, ripen in a paper bag, 1-2 days; slice avocado
Microwave 2 sweet potatoes in wrappers on high, 6-8 min, flipping halfway; scoop flesh out of the skin, mash using a fork + season with salt/pep; divide to bowls
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat chicken dry, season with salt/pep, ½ of seasoning packet + cook 4-6 min per side til fully cooked + internal temp is 165°; slice into bite-size pieces + divide to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook ½ Superblend with salt/pep, 3-5 min til tender; add raw + cooked Superblend to bowls, top with avocado + a squeeze of lime
