Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Add potatoes to a large microwave-safe bowl, cover + microwave 3 min; stir potatoes, cover + microwave 2-4 min, then rest 2-3 min; mix in salt/pep, fave spices (we like garlic powder) + 1 tbsp oil
Meanwhile heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat pork chops dry + sear 2-3 min per side until warmed through; spread on 1-2 tbsp sauce to each chop; set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender
Divide all between plates
