Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 4 steaks dry, season with salt/pep + in batches, sear undisturbed 2-3 min; flip + cook an additional 2-3 min for med-rare (for more well done add 1-2 min per side); repeat with remaining steaks; rest steaks 5 min on cutting board before serving

Wash, then slice 2 zucchinis into ¼-inch rounds; heat 1 tsp oil in a large skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until tender; set aside

Add 2 packs of rice to a microwave-safe bowl, breaking up any clumps; cover + microwave 2-3 min or until hot

Divide ingredients between plates—looks good!
